Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing SEO & SMM Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence. You will be responsible for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media Marketing (SMM), content creation, and analyzing digital trends to drive traffic and engagement on our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO and social media marketing strategies to increase the visibility and reputation of the India Book of Records online.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
On-page SEO: Optimize website content for search engines, including meta tags, heading tags, alt attributes, and URL structure.
Off-page SEO: Build high-quality backlinks and maintain relationships with influencers to improve domain authority.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to ensure targeted traffic to the site.
Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other website content.
SEO Audits: Regularly perform website audits to check the health of the site, fix broken links, and improve performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to track website performance and generate reports on SEO metrics.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SMM strategies across all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for India Book of Records.
Content Creation & Management: Create engaging social media content, including images, videos, infographics, and posts to promote records, events, and updates.
Engagement: Build and manage a community of followers across social media platforms, responding to comments, DMs, and increasing brand engagement.
Paid Campaigns: Run targeted social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Performance Analytics: Monitor social media trends and KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company’s goals and brand values.
