SEO Executive

We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our team at GTECH WEB SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
• Collect market data and competitor insights
• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive who can improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and implement effective SEO strategies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO along with technical SEO knowledge. Key Responsibilities On-Page SEO • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis • Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs • Implement internal linking strategies • Optimize website structure and page hierarchy • Ensure SEO-friendly content optimization • Monitor keyword rankings and website performance Technical SEO • Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues • Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals • Create and manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt • Handle indexing and crawl-related issues • Monitor website performance through Search Console • Identify and resolve broken links, duplicate content, and redirect issues • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation • Ensure mobile-friendly optimization and responsive performance • Understanding of canonical tags and website architecture Off-Page SEO • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices • Guest posting and outreach activities • Directory submissions and social bookmarking • Competitor backlink analysis • Monitor backlink profile and spam score Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze website traffic and rankings • Generate SEO performance reports • Monitor organic growth and conversion metrics • Use data-driven strategies to improve SEO performance Required Technical Skills SEO Tools Knowledge Hands-on experience with: • Google Analytics • Google Search Console • SEMrush • Ahrefs • Moz • Screaming Frog SEO Spider Technical Knowledge • Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript • WordPress website optimization • Core Web Vitals optimization • Local SEO knowledge • Understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors • Knowledge of schema markup and structured data • Experience with SEO plugins and CMS platforms Preferred Candidate Profile • Good communication and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Problem-solving mindset • Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and Google updates •
