We are seeking a result-oriented SEO Executive with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in an IT services or digital agency environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, along with solid knowledge of industry-standard SEO tools. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating quality leads for IT service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis aligned with IT service domains
Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, content optimization, URL structuring, and internal linking
Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and high-quality backlink acquisition
Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues
Optimize website structure, crawlability, and indexing
Monitor, analyze, and improve organic traffic and keyword performance
Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic growth, bounce rate, and conversions
Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO-driven content planning
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO best practices
Required Skills & Tools Knowledge
The candidate must have hands-on experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
Understanding of schema markup and core web vitals
Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
Experience handling IT services or B2B websites is preferred
