Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic
Perform On-Page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, keyword placement)
Manage Technical SEO (site audits, page speed, indexing, crawl issues, schema)
Handle Off-Page SEO (link building, outreach, citations)
Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies for featured snippets and voice search
Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI search platforms
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Manage and communicate with clients regularly (reports, calls, strategy discussion)
Lead and guide junior SEO team members
Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
Understanding of AEO & GEO strategies
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Knowledge of Google updates and ranking factors
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Team management and leadership ability
