SEO Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile SEO & Web Technology Executive who can take ownership of both our digital marketing efforts and technology development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Programmatic SEO (PSEO), traditional SEO, and web development skills in PHP, MySQL, WordPress, and database management. If you are a tech-savvy digital marketer with a developer mindset, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 SEO & Digital Marketing

• Implement and manage Programmatic SEO (PSEO) strategies for high-volume landing page generation.

• Perform detailed keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and competitor analysis.

• Track and improve page rankings using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

• Develop and execute strategies for organic traffic growth, backlinks, and SERP dominance.

• Manage blog posting schedules, meta-data, schema markups, and internal linking strategies.

• Analyze performance metrics and create SEO performance reports.
  

💻 Web Development & Technology

• Develop and maintain websites and landing pages using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Work on custom CMS features or integrate APIs where necessary.

• Handle database optimization, structuring, backups, and performance tuning.

• Create scalable backend solutions for dynamic content generation (PSEO landing pages, dynamic routing, etc.).

• Maintain and optimize WordPress websites, themes, and plugins for speed and SEO.

• Collaborate with the design/content team to implement seamless UX/UI flows and mobile responsiveness.
  

Required Skills:

✅ SEO & Digital Marketing Skills

• Deep understanding of PSEO (Programmatic SEO) and dynamic content creation strategies

• Expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Familiarity with structured data (JSON-LD), canonical tags, and page speed optimization

• Strong content structuring, keyword clustering, and automation tactics
  

✅ Technical & Development Skills

• Strong coding skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

• Experience in database design, performance tuning, and automation scripts

• Hands-on experience with WordPress theme/plugin development & customization

• Experience with cPanel, WHM, FTP, Git, and hosting environments

• Bonus: Knowledge of Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks
  

Preferred Tools & Platforms:

• SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, Moz

• CMS & Development: WordPress, PHPMyAdmin, Visual Studio Code, FileZilla

• Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager

• Automation/Code Tools: GitHub, GitLab, Postman, Cron Jobs

• Design & Wireframes: Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD (basic understanding)
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SEO and Web Development

• Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset

• Good communication and project management skills
