The SEO Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall SEO strategy. The role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, improving organic rankings, analyzing website performance, and ensuring best SEO practices to increase traffic and visibility on major search engines.
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and traffic growth.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including meta tag creation, link building, and content optimization.
Manage technical SEO tasks such as site audits, URL structure, crawlability, and page speed improvements.
Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
Research and stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.
Prepare and present SEO reports on progress, performance, and recommendations.
Assist in competitor analysis and develop strategies to outperform them.
Optimize local SEO for the company’s physical locations (if applicable).
Support in the creation and optimization of content marketing strategies to improve organic reach.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Experience with HTML/CSS, basic website structure, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with content marketing or PPC campaigns.
Understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio).
Basic knowledge of social media optimization and digital analytics.
Growth in organic website traffic and search visibility.
Improvement in keyword rankings for targeted terms.
Increase in organic conversions or leads.
Reduction in bounce rate and improvement in engagement metrics.
Quality and quantity of backlinks acquired.
