Avant Garde Industries is seeking a highly analytical and strategic SEO Specialist to spearhead our organic growth initiatives. While our established digital presence provides a strong foundation, we require a dedicated expert to take full ownership of our technical SEO framework, authority-building initiatives, and strategic keyword positioning.

The ideal candidate should not only excel in organic SEO but also possess strong knowledge of various SEO-driven promotional channels and ad ecosystems, enabling a holistic search visibility strategy.

The successful candidate will ensure that Avant Garde Industries maintains a dominant market position as a leading provider of industrial coding and marking solutions across the Indian subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO Management

• Conduct comprehensive architectural site audits

• Resolve crawl errors and indexing issues

• Improve Core Web Vitals (site speed, performance, UX)

• Maintain XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data

On-Page & Strategic Optimization

• Optimize high-intent B2B pages (TIJ printers, Batch Coding Machines, FFS systems, etc.)

• Perform keyword clustering and search intent mapping

• Implement schema markup and internal linking strategies

Content Synergy

• Collaborate with creative teams for SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers

• Focus on conversion-oriented content for industrial buyers

Authority Building (Off-Page SEO)

• Execute white-hat link-building strategies

• Build backlinks via industry directories, guest posts, and partnerships

• Strengthen domain authority in manufacturing & industrial niches

SEO Ads & Search Visibility Expansion (NEW)

• Strong understanding of SEO-based ad ecosystems and listing platforms, including:

  • Classified submissions (OLX-type, IndiaMART-style ecosystems)

  • Business listings & directories (Justdial, TradeIndia, Google Business Profile)

  • Web 2.0 submissions

  • Article & PR distribution platforms

  • Social bookmarking & profile creation

  • Local SEO citations

• Identify and leverage new-age SEO channels and platforms to increase visibility

• Integrate SEO with Google Ads (Search), retargeting, and performance marketing for maximum SERP dominance

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs

• Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions

• Present data-driven insights and ROI reports to leadership

Professional Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience

• Preference for candidates with B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing SEO exposure

Proven Results

• Demonstrated success in ranking competitive keywords on Google (first page)

• Experience generating qualified organic leads

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, crawling, indexing, and ranking signals

• Hands-on experience with technical SEO audits and fixes

SEO Ads & Platform Knowledge (NEW MUST-HAVE)

• Familiarity with multiple SEO ad/listing ecosystems beyond basic classified sites

• Awareness of evolving SEO distribution channels and growth hacks

• Ability to identify and test new platforms for traffic and lead generation

Tools & Development

• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
