We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive SEO Executive to support our recruitment and onboarding operations at Advit Ventures. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and is eager to learn the full cycle of hiring and team management from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for better search visibility.

• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

• Generate SEO reports, track progress, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree,

• 1–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
