Job Description: Marketing Manager
Location: Corporate Office
Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Generate new leads, follow-up and closure of leads.
Ø Travel to client’s place.
Ø Maintaining relationship with clients.
Ø Meeting new people and attending social / network gatherings to improve their reach.
Ø Negotiating with clients to get best price.
Ø Understanding the product completely so that the same can be conveyed to the clients.
Ø Coming up with the new techniques to generate new leads.
Ø Update and maintain customer database.
Ø Discuss new business strategies with the management and implement them.
Ø Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Ø Update on leads and difficulties faced to be shared with the management.
Ø Expense report and expense forecast to be shared along with supporting documents.
Ø Conduct market competitive analysis and update the management.
Ø Making strategies to reach the targets and goals set by the company.
Ø Improving reach of the company by popularising the brand and USP’s.
Ø Update the CRM on daily basis.
Ø Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Ø Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Ø Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Ø Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
Ø Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ø Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing plan.
Ø Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and increase revenue.
Ø Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
Ø Analyse and optimize website traffic and user behaviour to improve conversion rates.
Ø Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Ø Lead a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance and support.
Ø Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills & Requirements:
Ø Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Ø Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and Business Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Ø Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns.
Ø Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Ø Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
Ø In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
