Job Role
Drive Personal Loan & Business Loan business through direct sourcing, DSAs, channel partners, referrals, and customer networks while managing cases from lead generation to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert Personal & Business Loan leads.
• Develop relationships with DSAs, channel partners, bankers, and customers.
• Coordinate with bankers, credit, operations, and lending partners for smooth case processing.
• Manage the complete loan cycle from lead generation, login, documentation, sanction to disbursement.
• Assess basic customer income/business profiles and loan eligibility.
• Develop new sourcing channels and expand the DSA/channel partner network.
• Monitor pending cases, follow-ups, pipeline, and maintain accurate MIS.
Performance Criteria
• Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly Personal & Business Loan targets.
• Consistent target achievement, disbursement, and revenue contribution.
• Lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion.
• Acquisition and activation of new DSA and channel partners.
• Case quality, turnaround time, documentation accuracy, and follow-up efficiency.
• Timely MIS reporting and adherence to business processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.Com / Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Finance preferred.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience specifically in Personal Loans and/or Business Loans.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, eligibility, documentation, and basic credit assessment.
• Proven experience managing DSA, banker, channel-partner, and customer relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with willingness to travel.
