Senior Financial Services Consultant Work From Home

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 2 year

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Language: Excellent English communication is mandatory

Candidate Profile

We are looking for experienced and performance-driven candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Domestic/International BPO Outbound Voice Process, Telesales, Sales or Marketing.

Candidates must have:

• Excellent English communication and convincing skills

• Strong sales and customer follow-up ability

• Dedicated workspace at home

• Reliable Wi-Fi and strong mobile network

• SIM-based tablet – mandatory

• Self-discipline and commitment to monthly targets

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact customers through the company-provided CRM.

• Explain guaranteed insurance savings plans and generate qualified prospects.

• Share plan details through WhatsApp/email and consistently follow up until closure.

• Minimum 8+ follow-ups may be required for serious prospects.

• Collect customer details, payment-mode preference and required documents.

• Coordinate with Field Sales Managers and the backend team for documentation, payment, medical requirements (if applicable) and policy issuance.

• Maintain professional customer relationships throughout the complete sales process.

Product & Target

1 Application = ₹2,40,000 Annual Premium

Customer payment options:

• Monthly: ₹20,000

• Quarterly: ₹60,000

• Half-Yearly: ₹1,20,000

• Yearly: ₹2,40,000

Premium-paying term: Minimum 11 years; 15–16 years preferred where suitable.

For monthly mode, the customer pays the first 3 months initially, followed by ECS/auto-debit from the 4th month.

Earnings

Monthly / Quarterly: ₹40,000 per successful application

Half-Yearly / Yearly: ₹50,000 per successful application

Just 2 successful applications per month / 24 per year can provide earning potential of approximately ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on payment mode and successful completion.

No unauthorized customer discounts are permitted. Any discount offered will be adjusted against the applicable payout.

Training & Working Hours

Training/Probation: 60 days

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during probation

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Window: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; complete 8 working hours within this window

Weekly Off: Sunday

Holidays: Major festivals as per company holiday calendar
