Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves promoting the company's products and services, achieving revenue targets, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, and contributing to the overall business development objectives of the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, digital marketing, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations to secure new business.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, service agreements, and tender documentation as required.
Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
Plan, execute, and monitor online and offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Manage the company's website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and marketing content.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits to promote company services.
Maintain an updated CRM database, monitor the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate customer records.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, business development reports, and target achievement reports to management.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring timely resolution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization of promotional expenses.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and marketing partners for branding and promotional activities.
Analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Support the training and development of the sales team by enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and organizational standards.
Perform any additional sales, marketing, or business development responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
