Sales Marketing Executive

K B Traders is hiring Sales & Marketing Executives for its product/service, KB Ride Connect.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Visit taxi stands and meet eligible yellow-plate taxi owners/drivers.
• Explain KB Ride Connect services and onboard interested vehicle owners.
• Verify genuine commercial vehicle details and collect valid registration payments.
• Maintain daily field activity and follow up through phone and WhatsApp.
• Work within the assigned Mumbai territory.

Mumbai Territories:

1. South & Central Mumbai

2. Bandra to Andheri

3. Goregaon to Dahisar

4. Eastern Suburbs

Selection Process:
• Maximum 5 shortlisted candidates will participate in each territory.
• Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 7-day paid, performance-based field challenge.
• Minimum eligibility during the challenge is 15 successfully verified and paid registrations.
• Candidates will receive 75% approved entitlement on valid collections during the challenge.
• Fake, duplicate, unpaid or ineligible registrations will not be counted.
• Completing 15 registrations does not guarantee appointment.
• Final appointment will be based on territory-wise performance and Admin verification.

Salary After Final Appointment:
₹16,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on final selection, verification and applicable employment terms.

Candidate Requirements:
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales/marketing experience may apply.
• Comfortable with daily outdoor field visits and local travel in Mumbai.
• Smartphone, WhatsApp and regular follow-up capability required.
• Knowledge of Mumbai’s local market or taxi-owner network will be an advantage.
• Genuine yellow-plate commercial vehicle onboarding only.
