Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company targets and expand the customer base in the assigned region. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the power solutions industry (e.g., batteries, solar products). The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and key accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales service.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience in the power solutions, renewable energy, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
