Manage daily back-office operations including data entry, documentation, filing, record keeping, and administrative support.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, order confirmations, dispatch documents, and sales MIS reports.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp; follow up on leads, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
Maintain accurate records in CRM / ERP, track inventory status, and generate regular reports.
Support payment follow-ups, reconciliation, and basic sales documentation (including GST-related paperwork).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
Perform any other back-office or sales coordination tasks as assigned.
