Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

Requirements:

- Graduate degree (minimum)
