📌 Job Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers at project sites and explain project details (plots, apartments, villas).

Engage customers during site visits and clarify all queries.

Build trust and rapport with clients to encourage registrations.

Maintain daily visitor reports and follow-ups in Google Sheets (online).

Coordinate with the telecalling team for scheduled visits.

Work towards achieving monthly sales & conversion targets.

Male candidates only.

Graduate (any stream). 12th pass accepted if experienced.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Kannada, English (Hindi is good to have).

Presentable, confident, and persuasive in customer interactions.

Target-driven and self-motivated.
