Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to join our team Dharamraj Contract India Pvt. to help plan and execute marketing. The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, mechanical equipment, and services record required for construction projects. The role ensures timely delivery of quality goods at competitive prices to meet project schedules and budget constraints. The Purchaser works closely with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and other departments to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, tools, equipment, and services.

• Request and review quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.

• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sites.

• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material needs and timelines.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.

• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or changes where necessary.

• Ensure materials comply with required quality standards and specifications.

• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or invoice discrepancies.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Maintain all vehicle & machinery lists and its service record on monthly basis.
