Job Description

1.Downloading Purchase Orders from Tally ERP and sending to vendors as well as internal stakeholders, via e-mail and WhatsApp.
2.Following up with vendors over phone, WhatsApp and email to ensure timely receipt of goods.
3.Following up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of bills/ invoices.
4.Handling issues related to quality/ quantity mismatch with vendors and organizing return/ replacement as the case may be.
5.Submitting vendor bills to Accounts Department for payment, after reconciling the bills with purchase orders and explaining discrepancies, if any.

Requirements:

1.Graduate in any field
2.Minimum 2 years of work experience
3.Proficient in MS Excel, e-mails, basic computer operating
4.Knowledge of Automotive spare parts is a must. Candidate should have worked in the spare parts industry for at least 2 years.
5.Knowledge of TALLY will be an added advantage. If the candidate is suitable but does not know how to operate Tally, we will provide the training.
