Job Description

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain high-value relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, general practitioners, specialists, and nursing home administrators to drive patient referrals.

  • Institutional & Corporate Tie-ups: Identify and secure tie-ups with corporate offices, insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and local businesses for employee health check-ups and corporate health packages.

  • Territory Expansion: Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the assigned territory to identify untapped pockets, healthcare trends, and opportunities for service promotion.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, wellness seminars, and promotional outreach events.

  • Target Achievement: Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) admissions, revenue growth, and campaign return on investment (ROI).

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the internal operations, clinical, and branding teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding, exceptional service delivery, and brand consistency.
