We are looking for a Promoter to join our team to help plan and execute marketing campaignsat Railway stations /bus stops and other public places with a stall. This role involves offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities on field with a stall . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on field.
Coordinate with random public , customers ,vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data
Support lead generation, sales, revenue generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, follow and implement advertising strategies and create campaigns
Manage your brand’s social image in public on field.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
