Performance Marketing Intern (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is obsessed with numbers, leads, conversions, and growth.

If you're excited by questions like:

• How can we reduce CPL by 30%?

• Why did this ad generate 100 leads while another generated only 10?

• How can we scale campaigns profitably?

Then this role is for you.

You'll work directly on live advertising campaigns, helping generate leads for businesses across healthcare, medical devices, education, and B2B industries.

What You'll Do

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Create and launch lead generation campaigns.

• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for lower CPL.

• Coordinate with designers for high-converting ad creatives.

• Monitor lead quality and campaign ROI.

Google Ads

• Create Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Improve Quality Scores and conversion rates.

• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation.

• Generate qualified inbound leads through Google Ads.

Analytics & Tracking

• Set up Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Track campaign performance across multiple channels.

• Create weekly performance reports and dashboards.

• Identify optimization opportunities using data.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.

• Basic understanding of Google Ads.

• Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking.

• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, or landing page builders.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
