Product Marketing

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and oversee all offline marketing initiatives, including events, exhibitions, BTL activities, print campaigns, and on-ground promotions.
• Manage online marketing activities such as website maintenance, SEO basics, email campaigns, and performance tracking of digital advertisements.
• Coordinate and supervise social media content planning, scheduling, and basic performance analytics to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans, calendars, and strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
• Coordinate the creation, design, and production of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, merchandise, and branding collaterals.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and management teams to ensure integrated and aligned marketing efforts across all channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, printers, agencies, event coordinators, and media partners.
• Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support product launches by executing branding activities, promotional plans, and campaign strategies. • Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of integrated offline and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop/Corel) is an advantage.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools is preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
