About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Real Estate Photographer with a passion for capturing premium residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio in architecture, interior, and luxury real estate photography and must own professional photography equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of luxury villas, apartments, farmhouses, commercial spaces, and interiors.

• Conduct property shoots highlighting architectural details, interior styling, landscaping, amenities, and lifestyle elements.

• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots using professional lighting techniques.

• Edit and enhance images using industry-standard software while maintaining brand consistency.

• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives.

• Organize and maintain a structured image library for marketing and digital platforms.

• Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs for social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.

• Travel across Delhi NCR for scheduled property shoots when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in luxury real estate, architecture, hospitality, or interior design.

• Must own professional photography equipment, including:

  • Full-frame DSLR/Mirrorless Camera (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.)

  • Wide-angle and standard zoom lenses

  • Professional tripod

  • External flash and lighting equipment

  • Memory cards and backup storage

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color correction, and architectural photography.

• Ability to independently plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Experience with drone photography/videography (DGCA-certified drone operator preferred).

• Basic videography and reel creation skills will be an added advantage.
