We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and representing the company in critical meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Actively attend client meetings and ensure all client needs and queries are handled with care and professionalism.
Order Coordination: Conduct regular, timely follow-ups with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming orders.
Business Travel: Accompany the team or travel independently outside of Delhi for outstation client meetings and business requirements.
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day scheduling, communication, and operational tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
Fully comfortable with and willing to travel outside of Delhi for work.
