We are looking for a performance-driven digital marketing professional to help generate high-quality B2B leads through Google Ads and other digital marketing channels.
Job Summary
The Google Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for industrial and manufacturing markets.
· Create and optimize ad copies, campaign structures, and audience targeting.
· Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimization strategies.
· Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
· Generate high-quality B2B leads while maintaining target CPL and ROI.
· Develop landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
· Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
· Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube advertising.
· Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
· Knowledge of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
· Google Ads Certifications.
· Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, plastics, PVC, or related sectors.
· Knowledge of SEO and LinkedIn advertising.
· Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking.
