We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is curious, proactive, and serious about building hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting, tracking data, learning from results, and staying updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
You will work closely with senior marketers, designers, and founders to execute, optimize, and scale performance campaigns for D2C brands, service businesses, and internal growth initiatives.

Execute and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
Assist in planning and launching campaigns across:
Lead generation
E-commerce sales
Brand and performance funnels
Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize:
Budgets
Creatives
Audiences
Placements
Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads platform changes
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
Assist in building and maintaining performance reports and dashboards
Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
1–3 years of hands-on experience or strong practical exposure to performance marketing
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Understanding of core performance metrics:
CTR
CPC
CPA
ROAS
Conversion rate
Ability to read data and derive actionable insights
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong learning mindset and attention to detail
Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with:
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Meta Pixel / CAPI (basic understanding)
Understanding of funnel-based marketing (TOF, MOF, BOF)
Exposure to CRO or landing page optimization
Experience working with D2C, service, or startup brands
