Role Summary

A reputed 5-star luxury resort is looking for an experienced and result-oriented OTA Manager to manage and optimize the property's presence across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and other online booking platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hotel/resort OTA operations, online distribution, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing online bookings, improving visibility, and maintaining healthy relationships with OTA partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the property's presence across major OTA platforms and online booking channels.

• Maintain accurate room inventory, rates, availability, packages, and property information across OTAs.

• Monitor daily bookings, cancellations, room availability, and revenue generated through online channels.

• Optimize OTA listings to improve visibility, ranking, conversion, and booking volumes.

• Develop and implement promotional offers, packages, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor competitor pricing, offers, availability, and market trends.

• Ensure rate parity and consistency across all online distribution channels.

• Coordinate with the reservations, sales, front office, and revenue management teams.

• Handle OTA-related queries, issues, cancellations, amendments, and guest concerns.

• Maintain strong working relationships with OTA account managers and representatives.

• Analyse OTA performance and prepare regular reports on revenue, occupancy, booking trends, and channel performance.

• Identify opportunities to increase direct and online revenue through effective distribution strategies.

• Monitor reviews and ratings on OTA platforms and coordinate internally to improve guest experience and online reputation.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in OTA management, hotel reservations, revenue management, or online distribution.

• Prior experience in the hotel/resort industry is strongly preferred.

• Good understanding of major OTA platforms and hotel booking systems.

• Strong knowledge of room inventory, rate management, promotions, and online distribution.

• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and hotel/OTA-related software.

• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor pricing.

• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
