Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of retail and brand campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective deployment of POSM (FSUs, TUs, end caps, dump bins, posters, self-talkers, signage, etc.).

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver customized solutions.

Contribute to strategic decision-making, including product-market alignment, client servicing, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Review and present creative concepts and project plans internally prior to client presentations.

Estimate project costs and recommend appropriate materials based on client budgets and brand requirements.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and finalize rate contracts to optimize costs.

Oversee the creation and management of Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), route planning, logistics coordination, and campaign execution.

Develop and manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Coordinate with logistics partners (such as Star, Delivery, Spot-on, Gati, etc.) for efficient and cost-effective distribution across pan-India retail outlets.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of execution documents, including PODs, MIS reports, and tracking data.

Manage vendor billing processes and ensure timely reconciliation and closure.
