Operation Manager

Trimy Tones Unisex Salon is looking for an experienced and result-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline operations across our growing salon network.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years in Operations Management (Salon, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Franchise industry preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of multiple salon locations.

• Ensure SOP and brand standard compliance.

• Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

• Lead, train, and mentor salon teams.

• Conduct operational audits and performance reviews.

• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Training, Procurement, and Finance teams.

• Handle customer escalations and operational challenges.

• Monitor inventory, expenses, and operational efficiency.

• Support franchise partners to achieve business goals.

• Prepare MIS reports and analyze business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Willingness to travel.
