🎯 Role Summary
The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operational strategy, execution, process management, regional coordination, program implementation, and organizational efficiency of Shiksharatan India Foundation.
The role requires a highly organized and strategic professional capable of overseeing multi-regional operations, team coordination, process optimization, stakeholder management, reporting systems, and execution of educational and student empowerment initiatives across India.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations & Execution
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
Oversee end-to-end operational management of educational programs, outreach initiatives, and institutional activities.
Ensure smooth execution of scholarships, mentorship programs, career guidance initiatives, and student engagement campaigns.
Establish scalable operational systems and process improvement frameworks.
Regional Coordination & Program Management
Supervise and coordinate regional operational teams and outreach functions across multiple locations.
Monitor implementation timelines, program execution standards, and operational deliverables.
Support expansion and institutional onboarding initiatives.
Process Management & SOP Development
Develop and standardize operational workflows, SOPs, reporting systems, and execution frameworks.
Optimize operational efficiency, resource utilization, and service delivery standards.
Ensure quality assurance and process compliance across all departments and regional operations.
Team Leadership & Operational Supervision
Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams, coordinators, and regional staff.
Conduct performance reviews, operational evaluations, and team development initiatives.
Build a high-performance and accountability-driven operational culture.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Institutional & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with schools, educational institutions, partners, vendors, and stakeholders for operational execution.
Support institutional collaborations, educational events, outreach campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
Represent operations in leadership meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
Monitor operational KPIs, regional performance metrics, and organizational dashboards.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, execution summaries, and operational analysis for leadership review.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.
Analyze operational effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Manage operational budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, and resource allocation.
Ensure cost optimization and efficient utilization of operational resources.
Coordinate travel, event execution, infrastructure, and administrative requirements.

Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, NGO, Training, or Multi-Regional Operations Management environments will be preferred.
