Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Retention
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and align internal strategies accordingly
Ensure high client satisfaction and focus on client retention and upselling opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
Execution & Operations
Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects and campaigns
Ensure timely delivery as per agreed timelines and quality standards
Monitor project performance and take corrective actions when required
Team Coordination & Efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Creative, etc.)
Ensure clear task allocation and smooth workflow across departments
Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
Communication & Reporting
Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and reviews
Prepare and present reports on project status, performance, and outcomes
Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or strategy roles
Strong experience in client retention and execution management
Excellent team coordination and people management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
