The Operations & Coordination Executive will support the GEM, Ecommerce, and B2B sales divisions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups, and executing routine operational tasks. The role is primarily execution- and coordination-focused, with regular escalations to the Executive Director where required.
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, production, dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution
Follow up with external stakeholders including customers, platforms, and service partners
Track orders, documentation, and pending actions across GEM, Ecommerce, and B2B channels
Prepare and circulate routine commercial documents such as quotations, order confirmations, and status updates
Maintain basic trackers and MIS for orders, follow-ups, and escalations
Identify delays, issues, or dependencies and escalate them in a timely manner to the Executive Director
Assist with small operational and administrative tasks as delegated from time to time
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Clear and professional communication (email, phone, WhatsApp)
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Organized, dependable, and process-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, promoter-driven environment
1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or a similar support role
Exposure to GEM, ecommerce platforms, or B2B sales processes is preferred but not mandatory
