Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Printing & Advertising Operations Executive who possesses comprehensive knowledge of the advertising and printing industry, including materials, machines, pricing, production, and field execution. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end exposure to indoor and outdoor advertising solutions.
This is an all-rounder role requiring strong coordination, field execution, vendor management, pricing control, and deep technical expertise in printing and advertising processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete lifecycle of advertising and printing projects – from client brief to final installation.
Understand and oversee indoor and outdoor advertising services, such as hoardings, signages, branding, kiosks, LED boards, vehicle wraps, etc.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabricators for job execution, pricing, and quality assurance.
Operate knowledgeably across all printing formats and machines: Flex, Vinyl, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV, Latex, Digital, Offset, etc.
Conduct market research for site/media availability, material cost trends, and competitor pricing.
Negotiate with vendors and media owners for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Oversee printing output, finishing, fabrication, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with sales and client servicing teams to align production with client expectations.
Handle field operations including site visits, installation supervision, vendor coordination, and quality checks.
Maintain detailed records of pricing, vendor lists, material inventory, and job status.
Keep updated with the latest trends in advertising materials, printing technologies, and media innovations.
