Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, activations, and branding projects
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, logistics) for seamless operations
Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management
Ensure timely deployment of manpower, materials, and logistics
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Manage on-ground execution and troubleshoot operational challenges
Prepare reports, MIS, and campaign performance updates
Ensure compliance with client requirements and brand guidelines
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in advertising, BTL, or event operations
Strong project management and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Willingness to travel for on-ground execution
