Job Summary:
Prockured is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and grow our B2B eCommerce platform. This role will focus on building brand visibility, managing social media, executing influencer campaigns, driving SEO growth, and producing high-conversion creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive platform traffic and B2B lead generation
Manage and grow Prockured’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Collaborate with food industry influencers, consultants, and creators for brand visibility
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and product content regularly
Lead SEO efforts: website optimization, keyword research, blog planning, backlinking, and analytics tracking
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-quality creatives and campaigns
Monitor performance and growth metrics, and adjust campaigns for ROI
Assist founders in ideating founder-led content (posts, interviews, short videos)
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or eCommerce
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console)
Creative thinker with a strong sense of branding, design, and storytelling
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bonus: Experience in hospitality/F&B/eCommerce industry
