About the Company

UCG Fine Metals LLP is a silver jewellery trading company dealing in sterling silver chains and jewellery. We work with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India. Our offices are in Delhi, Chennai, and Noida.

Role Summary

The Online Marketing Executive will be responsible for calling customers before the sales person visit, increasing sales, finding new customers, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. This role involves interaction with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

- Find new customers and grow business.

- Call leads generated

- Follow up with interested prospects.

- Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams.

- Maintain customer database and call records.

- Maintain records of client interactions and sales.

- Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities.

- Share market feedback and competitor insights.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, FMCG, or B2B sales.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
