We are a fast-growing company engaged in manufacturing and trading consumer products across multiple categories. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive who can independently manage and grow our online business across leading marketplaces.
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our presence on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, marketplace operations, digital advertising, inventory coordination, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate and optimized.
Launch new products and maintain catalog quality.
Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
Sales Growth
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
Analyze marketplace trends and competitor pricing.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion channels.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
Advertising & Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, and promotional campaigns.
Improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and organic rankings.
Coordinate promotional events such as Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days, Prime Day, End of Season Sales, etc.
Inventory & Operations
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Monitor stock availability and avoid stock-outs.
Manage FBA, Easy Ship, Smart Fulfilment, and seller-managed inventory wherever applicable.
Coordinate dispatches to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Order & Return Management
Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, replacements, and claim settlements.
Resolve marketplace issues related to damaged products, penalties, and reimbursements.
Account Health
Maintain excellent seller ratings and account health.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Handle account-related issues, policy violations, and performance notifications.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze advertising performance and marketplace analytics.
Track KPIs including conversion rate, CTR, TACoS, ACoS, ROAS, order cancellation rate, return percentage, and profitability.
Provide actionable insights for business growth.
Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, photography, warehouse, and procurement teams.
Coordinate with external agencies, account managers, and marketplace support whenever required.
Desired Skills
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and other marketplace portals.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience in Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads.
Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings.
Understanding of pricing strategies and Buy Box optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce will be an added advantage.
Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is desirable.
