About the Role

Kanta Enterprises is looking for an E-Marketing Executive who can handle our online marketing and customer follow-ups through email and other platforms. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have prior experience in Email Marketing, and be familiar with platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

● Handle email marketing campaigns from planning to execution

● Follow up with customers via email in a timely and professional manner.

● Use platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, and LinkedIn to promote our products/services.

● Maintain smooth communication with leads, ensure proper follow-up and cater to their product inquiries.

● Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business goals.

What We’re Looking For

● Good command over spoken and written English

● Lead Generation through our business profiles on IndiaMART, Alibaba and other platforms

● Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/email marketing.

● At least a graduate in any stream.

● Have an organized approach to tracking the status of leads and follow-ups in a proactive manner.
