The ideal candidate will excel in product uploading, online sales, customer interaction, email communication, and advanced Excel skills. This role is critical to enhancing our online presence and driving sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities-

Product Uploading: Efficiently upload and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Online Sales: Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales, including promotions, campaigns, and SEO optimization.

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via online platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Email Communication: Draft professional and engaging emails for customer outreach, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups.

Advanced Excel: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management to support marketing and sales efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

Proven experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.

Expertise in product listing and management on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.

Strong understanding of online sales techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.

Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and professional email writing.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data visualization).
