Online Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Online Marketing Executive to join our team to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities

• Reply to leads generated from website, B2B platforms, and social media.

• Identify genuine and bulk buyers.

• Daily posting on social media to increase brand awareness.

• Communicate professionally with customers via call, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain lead records and follow-ups.

• Support sales and marketing efforts online.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, Social Media).

• Smart, confident, and good communication skills.

• Ability to identify serious buyers and respond appropriately.

• Proactive and responsible attitude.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
