**Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive leads, conversions, and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Plan lead generation funnels, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad copy testing.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Use GA4, Excel, remarketing, UTM tracking, and audience targeting tools.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and lead generation.
- Knowledge of GA4, Excel, UTM tagging, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management and ROI optimization.
**Education:** Graduate / MBA preferred. Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
