Online Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Marketing Executive to join the Founder’s Office. This role is a blend of administrative support and digital marketing execution, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to the company’s marketing growth. The candidate will directly work with the Founder and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of day-to-day admin tasks, lead generation, and online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination for the Founder’s Office.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain business records.

• Assist in vendor coordination, client communication, and follow-ups.

• Handle data management, filing, and other general administrative tasks.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Research and build prospect databases using tools like ContactOut, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT-driven workflows.

• Manage outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, social media) to generate qualified leads.

• Assist in preparing marketing decks, proposals, and case studies.

• Track campaign performance, maintain CRM/lead sheets, and report results.

• Support in PR, branding, and social media content planning/execution
