Job Description: Video Anchor (Paithani Saree Specialist)

We are looking for a charismatic, articulate, and culturally savvy Video Anchor to be the face of our Paithani Saree collection on Instagram. You will be responsible for bringing the heritage, craftsmanship, and elegance of the "Queen of Silks" to life through engaging Reels, Stories, and Live sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Storytelling & Presentation: Present various Paithani weaves (Muni Poth, Peshwa, Brocade, etc.) on camera, explaining their unique features, motifs (Peacocks, Lotus, Parrot), and history.

• Styling Guidance: Provide tips on how to drape and style Paithani sarees for different occasions like weddings, festivals, and formal events.

• Script Adaptation: Take brand talking points and turn them into natural, conversational, and "Instagram-friendly" scripts.

• Audience Interaction: Host Instagram Live sessions to showcase new arrivals, answer customer queries in real-time, and drive engagement.

• Trend Alignment: Collaborate with the creative team to execute trending audio challenges and transitions while maintaining the brand's premium aesthetic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in Marathi and English is essential (Hindi is a plus) to connect with our core demographic.

• On-Camera Confidence: A high level of comfort in front of the lens with a warm, inviting, and professional screen presence.

• Product Knowledge: A genuine interest in Indian handlooms and textiles. (Prior knowledge of the Paithani weaving process is a major advantage).

• Aesthetic Sense: Ability to carry oneself gracefully in traditional attire.

• Social Media Savvy: Understanding of Instagram's features (Reels, hooks, CTA) and how to keep viewers from scrolling past.

Preferred Attributes

The "Vibe": We aren't just looking for a presenter; we are looking for a brand ambassador who embodies the grace and tradition of Maharashtra’s rich textile heritage.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in hosting, acting, or content creation (Fashion/Lifestyle niche preferred).

• Engagement Skills: Ability to hook an audience within the first 3 seconds of a video.
