Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Account Management:
- Oversee and maintain our official Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Ensure brand consistency and voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor daily activities, respond to messages and comments, and actively engage with the community.
- Content Creation & Scheduling:
- Design, develop, and publish high-quality posts, stories, carousels, and innovative reels to highlight product features, company achievements, and brand stories.
- Regularly schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence and maximize audience reach.
- Live Session Coordination:
- Plan, host, and moderate Facebook and Instagram Live sessions, including brand launches, interactive Q&A, tutorials, and interviews with brand ambassadors.
- Devise live stream roadmaps to keep sessions dynamic, valuable, and on-brand.
- Creative Video Editing & Reels Production:
- Ideate, script, shoot, and edit visually compelling reels and videos using editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
- Integrate trending music, graphics, and effects to create engaging social content.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor post engagement, reach, and growth analytics to refine content strategies and boost engagement rates.
- Prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Trend Spotting & Innovation:
- Stay updated on current social media trends, memes, and viral content formats.
- Seek out new promotional tactics, audience interaction ideas, and platform features to maintain brand relevance.
- Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and design teams to plan cross-functional campaigns.
- Work closely with influencers and brand partners to expand our digital footprint.
- Community Building:
- Foster a welcoming online community, encouraging user-generated content and brand advocacy.
- Organize contests, polls, and interactive posts to grow followers and deepen brand connection.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, with a proven track record of growing accounts organically.
- Excellent command of content creation, video editing, and digital storytelling.
