Job Summary

The On-boarding Executive – Fleet Services is responsible for end-to-end onboarding of drivers, vehicles, and vendors into the fleet ecosystem. The role ensures all documentation, compliance, training, and system entries are completed accurately and within defined timelines to enable smooth fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onboarding of drivers, vehicle owners, and vendors.

• Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documents (KYC, licenses, RC, insurance, permits, PUC, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for drivers/vendors on company processes, safety, and service standards.

• Create and update profiles in fleet management systems and dashboards.

• Track onboarding status and ensure timely closure of pending cases.

• Maintain accurate onboarding records

• Handle queries from drivers and vendors during onboarding.

• Support audits and periodic compliance reviews related to fleet onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience in fleet services, logistics, transportation, or driver onboarding is an advantage.

• Knowledge of transport documents and compliance norms.

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases.
