Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing network marketing team as Assistant Supervisors. This is a unique opportunity for those who are passionate about business development and leadership, with the option to take a franchise and grow with the company.

As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and managing a network of independent distributors, promoting company products, and achieving team sales targets. This role also involves initial investment in the company’s franchise program, allowing you to operate under our brand and access exclusive training, tools, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of network marketers/distributors.

Drive sales through product promotion and team motivation.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

Represent the company in promotional events and meetings.

Ensure adherence to company guidelines and ethical marketing practices.

Collaborate with senior supervisors and company leaders to plan growth.

Invest in a company-authorized franchise unit and operate as per business terms.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or network marketing is a plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Basic understanding of business and investment models.

Willingness to invest in a franchise opportunity (investment details to be discussed during the interview).
