We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Team Leader to join our team and lead sales operations in the assigned zones. You will be responsible for market expansion, strategic execution, and ensuring strong customer relationships while managing a field team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
· Design and execute strategic and systematic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
· Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team across designated districts.
· Travel extensively within the assigned zone to supervise field activities, support team members, and foster customer relationships.
· Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
· Analyse market trends and competitor movements to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
· Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance evaluations using MS Office tools.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and sales procedures across all field operations.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute regional promotional campaigns.
· Deliver product training and technical support to customers and channel partners.
· Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos to convert prospects and close deals.
· Leverage customer feedback and market insights to recommend product enhancements and introduce new offerings.
· Report sales performance, team progress, and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
Basic Requirements:
Proven experience in territory sales management and team handling.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
100% proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire team performance
Salary range: Rs. 27,000 -RS.30,000
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Paint/Chemical/FMCG sector.
Familiarity with the Kerala market and dealer/distributor network.
