About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with expertise in SaaS SEO, Performance Marketing, and Google Ads to drive our digital growth strategies. You will lead campaigns, optimize ROI, and manage a small team to execute data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is currently remote but requires occasional on-site collaboration in Rajkot or Surat for key meetings/events.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute SaaS-focused SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to boost organic traffic and rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Performance Marketing:

  • Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) and paid social initiatives to drive conversions and CAC efficiency.

• Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and manage a team of 2-3 junior marketers, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and skill development.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in digital marketing with hands-on expertise in SaaS SEO, Performance Marketing, and Google Ads.

  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team.

• Soft Skills:

  • Leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Location & Flexibility:

  • Based in Rajkot or Surat (or willing to relocate).
