Job Title: Manager – Counselling & Public Relations

Location: Hazaribagh

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel Requirement: Occasional (as per project needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to lead and oversee our counselling programs, public relations officers (PROs), and serve as the face of our organization during events and sessions. The ideal candidate will be confident, charismatic, and organized, with a proven track record in educational and institutional management, team leadership, and public engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational and Institutional Management:

Educational and institutional management, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Provide guidance and support to counsellors as needed.

Anchoring & Public Speaking:

Confidently anchor events, webinars, workshops, and live sessions. Represent the organization at public forums.

Travel & On-site Engagements:

Be available and willing to travel to different locations for events, training sessions, and outreach campaigns when necessary.

Event Coordination:

Plan and organize counselling events, awareness drives, and other PR-related activities.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain clear documentation and generate regular reports on session outcomes, Performance, and outreach impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree

Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Educational and Institutional Management , PR management, or related areas and Freshers can also apply

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Proficiency in event hosting and public speaking.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Organizational and time management expertise.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
